Complaint Review: The Offroader

This is not as much of a review of the offroaders tactical jacket as it is a description of my horrible experience getting scammed by them. I ordered a jacket that took weeks to arrive. In that time I contacted them over and over and they never got back with me. Once I finally got the jacket I was pretty upset with them and myself for buying from them. The jacket  looks nothing like it did online. The jacet quality is terrible. It's a pinkish color, made in china (which is alright but...), the zippers are on the wrong side, the sizing is way off. The sleeves come closer to my elbows then my wrists. It's that bad. I've tried over and over and can't get them to help but have come to realize is I was scammed. They are dropshipping reject and horrible quality jackets and I guess other products from China while making false quality and service claims and leaving customers with no actual ability to speak with them or resolve issues. I've honestly never felt so scammed in all my life. I just want to help others and prevent this from happening to them.
