The Old Time Theater Order placed. never received. scammed. Providence Place Rhode Island
Back in the end of June, I placed and order via phone/check (my check was cashed on July 7th) and and now over 2 weeks later, I still have not recieved it. I have emailed and get no reply, I have called only for the recording to say "please hold"... "due to high call volumn, please leave a message and we will call you back", it clicks to the voice mail box which only replies, "this mail box is full" then I get disconnected.
I have placed a complaint with the Providence RI Attorney General and will be placing one with the California AG since that is the main HQ for this company.
My next step is BBB and FTC...
