Complaint Review: the one and only golden tickets

I paid 1200 usd for the Lithograph M&G with Marilyn Manson including after show party, meeting him was great but the company GT are most certainly not offering VIP service!

This is what happened...

Last minute time change (4 days before) - forcing me to have to travel to London 1 day early costing an extra hotel room in addition to loosing 2 pre-booked train tickets and having to pay premium rate for short notice tickets in order to arrive on time.

Golden tickets then reverted the time on the day! I did not find out until 14.30hrs on arrival at the O2 that this had occurred.

I queued from 14.30 until 16.00 waiting for an early entry wrist band. At 17.30 I queued, with wrist band as instructed to reach the front and be informed my seats were inaccessible from that entrance, and sent to the entrance at the other side of the O2. On arrival i was not allowed in as they knew nothing of the silver VIP wrist bands. I then went to reception and waited, and waited except the staff knew anything about the early access.

I then waited 3.5hours - which i find outrageous, to do the M&G (i have waited in the street less time for an autograph/photo). Way too many M&G in my opinion, and I spent 2 minutes with MM both times while others spent forever. The seating was also seriously inadequate (my friend has Multiple Sclerosis and really needed to sit down), further there was nothing to drink despite a bar being on site which could have been opened (I was sober and had a hangover occurring by the time i reached the front of line), and no food on offer to purchase or otherwise, and we were starving. A lot of others seemed upset too!

So, where was the after show 'party'? 3.5hrs standing in line starving, wanting a beverage, tired, stressed/upset, and actually considering walking away does not constitute a party in my eyes.
