My husband and I ordered 2 cell phone covers and 2 screen protectors (LG Dare accessories) from www.onlydare.com on or slightly before February 24, 2009. We never received a confirmation email so I cannot remember the exact date, but February 24 is the date that it shows the charge on my bank statement. It is March 6, 2009 and we haven't received anything yet.

My husband called the contact number today. There are two numbers given, (321) 207-0109 and (321) 251-4995. He eventually spoke with a man who gave his name as Pablo. My husband explained that we had not received our order nor had we gotten any sort of confirmation of the order. Pablo stated that they do not send out emails, then looked up the order under our name and told my husband that the case he ordered was on back order and that my case and the 2 screen protectors were sent out yesterday (3-5-09) and he gave a tracking number, but not the company used for shipping.

My husband hung up and realized he didn't know which shipping company was used, so he tried the websites of UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. The tracking number did not work on any of those sites. So, he called again and asked to speak with Pablo. This time, Pablo said they shipped through USPS and he also gave us the order number for our purchase. The tracking number (which he confirmed again on the second phone call) still does not work at USPS.

I DO NOT recommend using this company. As I look back at the website, the first clue should have been that you are not required to create an account like on most major websites. When you click on "checkout" it asks for your address and then payment information (it did not ask for an email address, hence the reason we never received a confirmation email). My husband should have known better than to just put our information out there. Also, you do receive a confirmation at the end of the purchase, but unfortunately my husband did not take a screen shot of the page, nor did he write the number down. Lesson learned. I guess we'll see if we ever receive our order, it has only been a little over a week, but this does not feel right. I also canceled the credit card just in ase.

I actually did receive the merchandise ordered from www.onlydare.com (aka The Only Phone Network). It came today (3-9-09), minus the one item they said was on back order. I haven't opened the screen protectors yet, but my cell phone cover/protector is as described on the website, so I'm pleased.

However, I strongly feel that this company needs to do some major tweaking to its website and its customer service. There should be an account making process with a secure log in so that in case there are questions, I can log into an account and review my order. They should have better communication with their customers, including email confirmations. Our experience with them was very unsettling and we were very sure we were being ripped off, but I guess we're lucky that wasn't the case (we'll see if my husband's case that's on back order ever shows). End of story, we won't be using this company again and will be extra cautious the next time we order from a website we've never heard of.
