Complaint Review: The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co.

 This original store has gone down hill beyond bad food and service, now it is unsafe. My son gagged on sour whole milk which tasted like it had cleaning chemical too from not rinsing the comtainer before putting in the milk. Disgusting and umsafe. No refund!!! They refused. Staff are all foreigners who barely speak English or just mumble. Bialy is NOT a bialy anymore. It is some thick disgusting doughy blob. They said they toasted our bagels but they were not. Got defensive and refused to fix it. Water pouring out of ceiling on to floor in middle of restaurant with trash cans on floor. Air vent is disgusting covered in lint and dirt. The owner obviously is no longer on site and too busy tryimg to sell franxhisees or something else. Disgusting and unsafe. Calling health department too.
