The Owners Advocate guarantees they will terminate your time share contract - for a fee. Do not fall into their scam.
Customer service is great until they get your $$. They no longer answer calls or emails, even though they know we are getting calls/letters from the timeshare company. Early on, when they did respond to calls/email, vague answers and/or promises of future contacts were made but nothing ever happened. In my dealings with them, I have only talked with four people, other fathom departments are referred to but I can never be connected to anyone else and all calls/email are routed through one contact. I now wonder if this company is no more than a few scammers and a phone bank.
This company preys on individuals who are desparate to get our from under a bad decision in purchasing a time share. By forking over more money to this company, you simply throw more money away. Avoid them. I don't know what the answer to a bad time share purchase is, but TOA is not the answer.

If you check the BBB you will find that they have filed bankruptcy. My $1000 plus many others is gone. Screwed again.
