STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Brought my wifes 2015 Chevy Cruise here with only 8000 miles because a tree branch fell on the roof. These hacks caused over 1000.00 worth of damage while trying to remove dings on roof. They clamped some kind of florescent light to my hood and it left teeth marks all the way through the paint. And when they removed the headliner to work on dings from underneath the roof they put a 1 inch rip in fabric of headliner. There are scratches on plastic trim pieces of my interior where they rubbed their tools up against them. I have a 4 inch scratch on my roof in a perfect straight line from something they had sitting on my roof. The dings that they were supposed to remove are still visible. The owner Mike tells me well we'll just call it even on repair bill of 325.00 dollar's. So i assumed that would cover damages. Boy was i wrong, its going to cost over 1000.00 give or take to get car back to original condition. I will probably have to sue these manipulative lying thieves to get my money.
I stopped up there today with the Peotone Police to give them the benefit of doubt, and Mike the owner was conveniently not available. He never called me to try and do the right thing. So this is why I'm writing this Review. I will let as many people as i can online know about how terrible these imbeciles are at the paintless way. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THESE IDIOTS ARE ABSOLUTE HACKS! P.S. Mike i just noticed on your facebook how you deleted all your negative reviews. WOW WHAT A DISHONEST PERSON YOU ARE! why don't you like your customers that you screwed to get their honest reviews out there? Gee i wonder. Update. Mike and his criminal cronies are at new location. BEWARE !

I have been doing business with The Paintless Way for well over 10 years. I have NEVER had an issue with the work they have done on well over 100 cars. Mike Van Kuiken is one of the nicest, fairest people I have ever done business with. I have recommended him over and over again and have never had a complaint.
Ted DeFour you are truly a piece of human garbage. Your personal comments about the owner are unfounded, untrue and are an indication of what a truly distrubed individual you are. People like you are at the root is what is wrong with our litigeous society today. You sue people and threaten people to get paid because you are likely unemployed because you are such a jerk and can't keep a job. I hope next time the tree branch falls it lands on top of you and crushes your.

Ted has lied to countless business and has reported provably false statements over and over. He's tried to con very reputable dealerships, body shops and also threatened to sue his home town's village. He is a repo man in Crete with a police record a mile long. He tried to blame us for damage on parts of his car we had nothing to do with. We are still operating on very good terms in Peotone. So well in fact, we were able to open another location. Just look up the name Ted DuFour. We didn't even charge him for the repair we did (which came out perfect) because he was raising a tantrum while illegally open carrying a gun.
