STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Brought my wifes 2015 Chevy Cruise here with only 8000 miles because a tree branch fell on the roof. These hacks caused over 1000.00 worth of damage while trying to remove dings on roof. They clamped some kind of florescent light to my hood and it left teeth marks all the way through the paint. And when they removed the headliner to work on dings from underneath the roof they put a 1 inch rip in fabric of headliner. There are scratches on plastic trim pieces of my interior where they rubbed their tools up against them. I have a 4 inch scratch on my roof in a perfect straight line from something they had sitting on my roof. The dings that they were supposed to remove are still visible. The owner Mike tells me well we'll just call it even on repair bill of 325.00 dollar's. So i assumed that would cover damages. Boy was i wrong, its going to cost over 1000.00 give or take to get car back to original condition. I will probably have to sue these manipulative lying thieves to get my money. I stopped up there today with the Peotone Police to give them the benefit of doubt, and Mike the owner was conveniently not available. He never called me to try and do the right thing. So this is why I'm writing this Review. I will let as many people as i can online know about how terrible these imbeciles are at the paintless way. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THESE IDIOTS ARE ABSOLUTE HACKS! P.S. Mike i just noticed on your facebook how you deleted all your negative reviews. WOW WHAT A DISHONEST PERSON YOU ARE! why don't you like your customers that you screwed to get their honest reviews out there? Gee i wonder.

Mike I've never quite met anyone as low down as you and your company. You are by far the biggest liar I've ever known. All the extra B.S. you added to your response is typical of a Rat fink like yourself. You know darn well what damages you did to my wifes car. There isn't a car on the road with 8000 miles that has damages on the interior headliner in the area's you just so happened to be working on. And as far as the ding removal you did, you stink! A little kid could have done a better job! Stop trying to blame the customer and pay up Mike! I will never stop putting the truth out there about you! You are a piece of scum!

What he was pointing out is called "Orange Peel".
It is the texture of the clearcoat itself.  When asked to point out the spots one more time, he couldn't even find what he originally pointed out.  He then called over a month later to tell me about chips he found on his hood.  He insisted that we used a light with a clamp which caused the chips.  We don't use any kind of clamping devise. EVER.  Such a light doesn't even exist.  We noticed the interior damage when he dropped the car off.  It was well documented prior to us starting the repair.

Also, the tools we use are plastic specifically designed for interior use as to not scratch the parts.  The scratches he's referring to are clearly minor fingernail scratches from reaching for the dome light.
We do a lot of work on the road and I often have to be out of the shop.  If he would have called first before coming I would have made sure I was there  He wasn't charged for the repair not because we didn't do our job properly, but because he was creating a scene while openly carrying a firearm.  He also told us that one of his good friends is one of our competitors.  A paintless dent removal shop on cicero in Alsip who's name is Dan.

Not only that, but that his friend also did a repair on the hood.  We never touched the hood.  That might explain the whole ordeal.  We are a small shop in a very small town and word gets around fast out here.  Customer satisfaction is everything to us.  One last thing, Facebook doesn't allow you to remove negative reviews.  You either have to remove all the reviews, or keep them all.  Ted's statement about us deleting them is provably false.  He was clearly trying to take advantage of a small shop to get other repairs done for free.
