Complaint Review: The Palm Beach Garage

Price quoted on phone different than actual bill.Nice people but tricky.Got oil change first on one vehicle,no wash or anything else checked on car at all.Says "oh yes we check them just like the dealer but cheaper".After vehicle picked up filthy,nothing done execpt oil change was told differently.Next car brought in same thing but washed it.Terrible wash owner said 'we are not a car wash"acted very rude.Did not inflate tires when that was part of the check.Pointed it out to owner he got frustrated called someone out to look.Confirmed was never done.Offered to bring it back in garage,at that point I did not trust any of them there.Supposedly replaced a window regulator.Pointed out to owner it still makes noise he couldn't hear it.I will have another confirmation from another mechanic.Was installed wrong or not replaced and rigged possibly.All in all very bad experienced here will never go back.Everyone check your used parts all work supposedly done and press these sloppy con artists out there taking our money!
