Complaint Review: The Pampered Pooch Gale Rivers

Please look up Gail Rivers, Gayle Rivers, she uses different spellings. Look her name up on thi site and see the PROOF positive I have put here. Emails, date and time stamped, Photos. And look at the LIES she posted, compare them to my rebuttals and you will have no choice but to see this woman in her 70's lie, as she steals from unsuspecting people who are just want a puppy to love. I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a SICK puppy.

See how she worked with a known Thief and fraudster JEnnifer Payne, also on this site for all kinds of raud and theft that she and her brother and her husband and others STOLE from creating FAKE comapnies. They stole from the elderly as well. This is who Gayle Rivers is friends with. 

That says it all.

I never received any notoce of this being on this site and have just seen it, I have let everything go, I never turned Gayle in for her LIES , her ABUSE and her THIEVING ways. I am quite ill, but since she can't STOP herself from doing evil, breaking laws that are not only illegal but MORAL LAWS, I guess I have no choice.

I think it's quite telling she makes threats of lawyers and yet has NEVER done anything except LIE and make threats, I have brought proof positive about what she has done and she uses a Vet that has NO Liscense and works with the Vet Tech. They cross breed unregistered poodles and falsify papers through AKC.

Gayle Rivers is a LIAR which has been rpoven, and a theif which has been proven, she makes up stories about people and HAS NEVER to this date EVER brought one shred of proof.

As you can see I was very polit, I did NOT TELL GALE she would be paying I ASKED. Her repsonse? SHe KNEW, (repeat) GALE RIVERS KNEW my puppy had a problem, as I have stated MANY, MANY times I do believe Gale IGNORED the problem thinking it was not serious, However, this TIME it WAS A SERIOUS situation and LIFE THREATENING to my puppy. Read her comment "Ican't remember",

Maybe Gale should NOT be in business ANYMORE, I have another email from her where she states "I was to TIRED to respond so I deleted YOUR email"...

In Summary Gale Rivers WAS FULLY AWARE and SOLD me a puppy that she knew had ear problems! She then told me to just use over the counter ear wash. HAD I followed Gale Rivers adivce my puppy not only may have been entirely deaf, HE COULD HAVE DIED.

Gale says "Her facts are so off", she says there were ONLY 2 puppies.  Here's the proof that GALE has NO FACTS, she has name calling and LIES. Nothing more.

I was wrong on the time that JP gave from the post offce, I just looked at the email and she said she sent it once and the post office told her 3-5 days, I will have to figure out how upload the emails here for complete documented proof.

The emails show where she says she sent it several times, and what she claimed the post office told her, though we live an 1.5 hours apart. They show I got the dog on the 3rd and it was 2 weeks and I still had not gotten ANY paperwork, it also shows that she claimed she mailed me at LEAST TWICE ALL HIS Vet reports and DNA records, I HAVE NEVER Gotten anything. SHe claimed it's the post offices fault.

The emails show I was very polite, I even went to the extent to tell her (because she said I gave her the wrong address) that I wanted to apologize and "make it up to her with buying her lunch"....

I can't until "ALL" this is on this site and In AKC hands. The world WILL see who LIES, and WHO is RUDE and out of control with slander. Sold a SICK puppy and told "deal with it" , sold a dog that then JP TRIED to make me the "co-owner" and then LIED over and over about mailing paperwork, then Gale RIvers BELIEVES the LIES (as they gossip together) and actually posts the LIES WITHOUT FACT CHecking. UNBELIEVABLE!!

No doubt I am not the nicest person in the world, I do things wrong. But when I know, OR even belive I may be in the wrong, "I ALWAYS SEEK TO CORRECT THE SITUATION AND MAKE AMMENDS"... ALWAYS.

Oh and Gale, I took pictures that day of the puppies I can prove everything I say.  The interesting thing here, is Gale threatens me with court but doesn't do it! She makes threats based on Hear Say, NOT facts. She likes to name call, evidently it's all about the drama for these so called professionals.; NOT FACTS, NOT TRUTH.

I sued this venue INSTEAD of AKC, WHY? simply because I hoped it would/might cause YOU to think while at the same time, it was NOT ACTUALLY harming you with AKC.  You in your hatred and stubborness NEVER stop to consider the big picture OR the flip side.

NOW because "YOU" continue to "LIE" about me with NO PROOF, ONLY HEAR SAY. I WILL as stated TAKE this about BOTH of you ,ALL documentation and it IS NOW GOING TO AKC, you can blame yourselves. AKC is NOT going to do anything to me because I have DONE nothing wrong. It's lauable, that you attempt to use that threat, what will they do? Stop the puppy from YOUR LINE from being registered? (LOL) Again you never look at the big picture.

You invite people to your facility? (LOL) hmmm, your Vet gave YOUR BREEDING STOCK A CLEAN EAR Letter! (LOL) that proves NOTHING, and YOUR 17 days!? Really I HAVE EVERY email that shows when I FIRST ALtered YOU and began ASKING YOU about ears and YOUR "He had black dirty ears"....RESPONSE.

The truth is I pity people like you Gale. You had and still have the opportunity to open your HEART and YOUR mind, to actually LIVE the words you use towards me, WHERE IS YOUR COMPASSION?...I AM ILL, I PAID YOU hundreds of dollars for a puppy that I ADORE! He came to me ill and YOU KNEW that he had a problem YOU CHOSE to IgNORE the problem, thinking (I have no doubt) that it was nothing serious, but in this case, this time "IT WAS SERIOUS". YOU are the responible party, not I. I ONLY EVER SOUGHT for you to pay in the sense of his ear problem.

Had YOU said OK, get him in, lets see what is going on, and if this is my responsibilty I wil make it right??? Had YOU been WILLING, to EVEN ATEMPT to work with me through this, NONE of this would be happening now.  Gale You hurt me, it hurts because I trusted you. I believed ALL YOUR stories, I believed how "YOU" being a "breeder of Merit" (which you use) meant something. I have since learned that TITLE is PAID for BY YOU. It means nothing.

You and I spoke about many things, I have been through hell with my health and I had just lost my poodle who truly, if not for that little bundle of joy I would not have lived. He was everything to me. In my mind you were someone to respect and to go to for questions, a mentor. Instead You were and are a hothead, stubborn and arrgogant.

Oh and Gale before you use anymore hear say, you may want to CONFIRM what JP says, and YOU may want to RESEARCH HER NAME on this site. Yu may want to research her on the internet. It is a REAL EYE Opener.

Now I will end with, Please go look in the mirror, because YOU have brought undue STRESS and ANGUISH to me, You have caused me to USE what little I have to SAVE my Beautiful puppy ALL because YOU showed me ZERO COMPASSION, and REFUSED to work with me. (that being said Gale, I adore my little angel, I would not trade him for anything; how I wish we could have gotten past all this, I would love for you to see him; personality plus, for that Gale Rivers I do than you).

The only I have to say is lets see the proof. I have NEVER filed a formal complaint, so she is clearly speaking for Jennifher Paygne who is on this site for several FRAUD accusations by other people. 

Gale Rivers I challenge you right now to provide PROOF that I HAVE EVER FILED a FORMAL COMPLAINT to AKC about you or Jeninifer Pagne. Now that you want to LIE LIKE ALWAYS, I WILL BE doing exactly that though. SO you have been warned right here and now, ALL of my Vet Documentation will be going with a letter to AKC and ALL emails, you may let Jennifer Paygne know also.

You Gale RIvers played a game with your personal friend and business buddy Carrie at the Vets office, she gave one little opinion, that was NOT even part of documented file information on my puppy! You have ran with that as if it is fact, it is NOT FACT, it has been proven BY the VERY VET that at first thought it might be a food allergy. You see Gale what you haven't bothered with is the TRUTH and the FACTS, that Vet document is FROM that very Vet, No where does it claim a food allergy caused the ear infection; and it is indeed LUDICRIS to say so, AFTER his findings.

I have NOT posted YOUR email where YOU STATE, YOU KNEW the PUPPYT had "DIRTY BLACK" ears, where YOU told me to "just use over the counter medicine and it will be fine", But when I told Dr Brisky that, he so "NO";" bring him NOW, he could be in danger."

You want to make threats, firstly I think it's quite funny, I do NOT BREDD puppies, I do NOT SELL puppies. SO you may "LIE" all day to AKC; I promise after they get all my documentation YOU will be the one they review.

Oh and Jennifer? I have 3 emails from her stating she MAILED me the information, I also have another 2 emails from her staying "The POST OFFICE told me that it tkaes 5-7 days from your area to mine" - I also have emails stating that she then MAILED again and the POst office LOST IT"... I have a VM from her telling me that AKC told HER that I HAVE TO SGIN under her name, where she signed as the "NEW" owner, that would make me co-owner".....

You are both LIARS, although I believe Jennifer is a much larger CON artisittnhan you Gale. I have found out she goes around telling breeders that she recuses poodles, she then takes them home and SELLS them for BIG dollars and SHE IS BREEDING them, I have emails from Jennifer where she demanded I SIGN an AKC waiver stsating that Armani "IS" the sire of a litter"...I agreed BECAUSE I STUIDLY thought she was hONEST, EXACTLY like I thought YOU were at first.

Your problem is NOT that YOU are an abuser Gale, it's that YOU are a stubborn, CRUEL Gossipy woman who REFUSES to get past HER OWN EGO; YOU REFUSE to admit that maybe , just maybe you are at fault even when ALL the FACTS and documentation point to that VERY FACT. YOU stated YOU WOULD "CLOSE YOUR DOORS BEFORE YOU EVER PAY A DIME FOR THE VET BILLS on my puppy"....That is a dramatic staement, and it proves your stubborm character.

It is YOU that if any harm comes to your reputation, YOU AND ONLY YOU ARE TO BLAME. I did my best to work with you and YOU REFUSED EVERY TIME.  Now I will POST everything to this site AND ALL OF IT WILL GO TO AKC.

Thank you Gale for completeing the PROOF for me, that YOU LIE and that you are beyond, doing the moral thing, the professional thing, and that YOU CARE NOTHING for honesty and integrity, let alone a tiny puppies health, money is ALL YOU CARE ABOUT.

This Jodi Nichols is in a world of her own.  She might have documentation for bad ears but I have proof it was 17 days after she bought the puppy.  You fall in love with this woman when you meet her with her cancer stories.  Nicest person you could meet.  Yes I was haveing work done all on dogs, spays, neuters etc. at the vets when she tried to select from two puppies not three.  Her facts are so off!  Just because I decided not to pay her vet bill as she informed me I had to she is off on this tantrum to ruin my reputation.  

Now if anyone important is reading this this woman is doing it to another person near me.  Just because she didn't get home with a supplement form and she did not receive it overnite this jodi filed a formal complain with AKC aginst this profession AKC dog handler.  WE are both going to see if we can stop this woman from trying to do damage on the internet against the two of us. Puppies can get bad ears.  Deal with it, have some compassion for other people.  Donot try and destroy them.  This world is full of hate, you need to get on with your life.  

If Gale wants to make threats of court and acutally go to court; that is fine with me. As I keep saying I have Vet reports, and every medicine box, each box has the puppy's name and date on the label. Also as I keep saying this is NOT my word against hers, the reports and medicine boxes speak for themsleves.

I am now reciving other threats and slander and CHILIDISH Name CALLING by friends of Gales. They are USING other reports and situations to LIE, SLander and make threats.  This is how children behave, when you involve people who know nothing about the Business / purchase, who from a professional aspect have absolutely NO voice in the situation.

I can't force Gale to do the professional and MORAL thing in this situation; but I can make sure that other people are aware, so they can 1. protect themselvs financially - 2. Protect themselves  emotionally. - 3. Do not have to spend months trying to make their puppy healthy - 4. Learn what to look for IE don't just accept because someone claims they have been a breeder for 30 years that , that means they are ethical, or honest or have integrity.

Lastly, Learn the tricks of breeders when they are shwing to potential buyers, (not always and not all breeders) 1. they use natural hebs like Valerian Root to calm pups if you say you want a calm one.  -2. They often DYE the hair if you are very specific about color. 3. (They dye and bleach show poodles in America), AKC is aware this.

Gale like to talk about we met up at a Vet's office to see the pups, BUT she always leaves out the part that SHE was having several puppy's worked on and I sat there for almost 3 hours not able to discuss anything with the Vet. This can all be proven of course, a court can request all the records from that day, she had 4-5 kennels of chins and poodles have various proceeders done and she brought 3 puppy's for me me to look at.

So there is much more to this than Gale tells, and I usually focus on ONLY the facts that I bought a puppy that  came to me with filthy black ears, full of infection to the point that I had to rush him in when I was ill myself, because the Vet said he could LOSE his hearing, and I talked to Gale BEFORE I ever went to the Vet, so she was aware and could have helped this situation, and stopped it from escatling, that would have been the ETHICAL, the Professional, The MORAL, the HONEST thing to do.

Having just lost my poodle, I was immediatley wrapped up in this puppy. That is what breeders count on. YOUR EMOTIONS.

It's easy to sit on the computer and scream liar. Make up stories. I HAVE Documentation FROM 3 VETS.  She can scream liar all she wants too, I have it written in black and white and IT'S NOT MY Word aginst hers is it? No, she is CALLING 3 Vets LIARS, NOT me. period.

 I have EVERY BOX that the MEDS came in, I HAVE EVERY Receipt. I HAVE WRITTEN Proof from ALL 3 Vets in THIER OWN WORDS. 

I will NEVER STOP letting the public know what a unprofessional, DISHONEST person Gale Rivers is.  To sell a sick puppy and then to LIE and BLAME the person that PAID her. Like I said it's NOT my word against hers, I will upload everything I have to this site if that's possible, then the entire internet will see who is the liar. I also have emails from her where SHE ADMITTED SHE KNEW HE HAD BLACK GUNK IN HIS EARS! I ahve HER OWN VIDEOS shent where puppies are SCRATCHING at thier ears and SCREAMING, it's pitiful and sad.

If Gake RIvers the queen of liars and dishonesty spent HALF the time she spent screaming liar, TAKING CARE of the PUPPIES she sells, NONE of this would ever happen. IF YOU CAN'T STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU CLAIM, WHAT YOU SELL, then STOP SELLING. Gale RIvers and the Pampaered Pooch is a LIAR and a Thief and SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. 

This woman bought this puppy sitting in a vets office whild he worked on my dogs.  If there was something wrong with the pup dont you think we would of had it checked!  I wanted to buy the puppy back since she cant afford to care for it, but she has nothing better to do then to try and smear my good name because she insisted nine days after the sale I pay the vet bill.  This woman has reported me to Better Business, case closed, attorey general, case closed and now ripp off report.  

There should be a law against people like this. I guess a lawyer is the next step for me. Fifty years of business and I don't deserve this! I just read her report, all lies. Shes not right Plus she NEVER called me. People that feed bad food and or treats create allergies that affect ears and if that is not remedied the pup might have ear problems his whole life.  

I have invited any and all to come to my facilty and check every one of my dogs ears to see that she is a liar about how I keep my dogs.  I had Dr Olsen sign a document that four of my dogs he treated had healthy ears.  How can she say bad ears equal a sick dog????  Why three vets??  Why am I a terrible groomer if her puppies ears were bad?  I donot understand this lady at all. I sold this beautiful Champion sired puppy from DNA tested parents for 600 dollars.  Not alot for a quality puppy. She needs to get along with her life and let it go.
