Ordered a single rubber stamp for a craft project. Needed it quickly and paid for express shipping (1-2 business days) The item had not arrived 5 day later. E-mail and phone calls went unanswered. Finally got a hold of a woman that made excuses blamimg her website company. Lots of household background sounds and children in the background. Was told it would arrive the next day and my shipping cost would be refunded. The item arrived 8 days from pruchase date and still no refund, However, the money was immediately removed from PayPal for the sellar. Do not order from this fly-by-night operation.

This customer ordered on a friday, and i didnt get the order until sunday. Once i got it, it went out immediately. My website is having issues, they have been contacted. There is no way $6 can cover an overnight shipping fee! Thats what this customer paid. When they called me i was very courteous , but yes, my kids were in the background.....i was working in my home at the time of the call, and i have very young children. However, they left the room once i asked them to, so the noise from them was only an issue in the beginning of the conversation. I did say i would refund the shipping since the order wasnt shipped as fast as they wanted, to be honest, i just forgot to do it as ive been dealing with sick kids while prepping for a stamp show.
