Complaint Review: The Park Girl

The park girl located in La Feria is an awful mobile home company who lies to get your off their back and will go as far as ignoring your calls and pretending to make work orders that never come through. My mom purchased this home for me and paid it off with pure cash of 16,000.00 dollars which is twice as much as this home is even worth. They promised a new air conditioning unit and the unit is ancient. The central air does work but when you test the heat the whole unit dies and the breakers have to be reset so the heat does not come through. I made a complaint so that they could fix it and two weeks have gone by and no one has come by. Half of the homes electrical outlets don't work as well as the fan in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen sink is leaking and the paint job is horrendous and lazy because they painted over electrical outlets and borders. This home was purchased around mid june and wasn't even liveable until September. These people have awful selling tactics and will lie just to make a sale.

Getting them to do something is like pulling teeth!My doors don't close and my back door doesn't even lock. They stole my water heater door to place it on another mobile home and put me a cheap cover on mine.
