Complaint Review: Southern Management and Security Associates at The Parlements in Annandale Va

The Parlements In Annandale Virginia owned by Southern Management hired security guards to protect the residents. Instead of protecting the residents the security guard "Monica" of Security Associates in Manassas Virginia decided to target the younget residents and small children.

She made up lies and filed them with the property manager. The Property Manager sent out papers to these residents famlies and told them they had 21 days to fix the problem. The next day all of them went to tell their side of the story and were refused time with the property manager but were given eviction letters.

When asked she told them in writing that she was not required to give a reason and all the families (over 6 families) had to be out by the end of the month some had less than 30 day notice and others employed by the company were given 5 days to vacate. Most of the families were African American and one was white.

The white family had a handicaped man that suffered a heart attack during the move due to stress and physical activity. We hold southern Management and Security Associates directly responsible for this.

Two of the families have nowhere to live and are in a motel and most all their belongings are on a curb for others to sift through.

I have tried numerous times to contact these people and get turned away every time. My emails are ignored and phone call never returned.

These people are trusted with peoples lives and they can very easly destroy them as southern management has done with the help of Security associates.
