The Pavilions at Silver Sage The Pavilions at Silver Sage dont care about you at all fort collins, Colorado
Dont give you back your pet and security. I told them 60 days notice that i am leaving. When my roommate found new roommate and told new roommate need to pay me since already pay full rent but he moves in then later he leaves without telling nobody. He already signs the lease and agrees to pay me. The pavilion dont care is somebody leave without telling anybody. I when I sign the lease they told me need to give them 60 days notice before you leave. They keep raising rent high without telling anybody.
When they said give us 60 day notices and will give you pet and security deposit they should. They dont care about contacting person who sign lease and move out not telling anybody. They told me we dont bother calling the person. I said what something bad happened or do you care somebody disappear no. really bad business this place gives me nightmares and this was my first time renting apartment. Not recommend anybody. What if my child renting apartment and disappear and not bother to call me would be very angry.

They still havnt refund back to me been waiting for almost 7 month now they owed me 2100 dollars. They lie and cheat before signing a lease read it carefully and make sure you ask question. They are bad people dont care who lives or moving out, raise your rent every month not telling any body so be careful. Their price way to high and charge you over nothing.

I hate to say it, but staying at The Pavilions was one of my worst renting experiences ever. There is not enough parking and signs for towing guests are small, hidden, or not present. I had multiple guests over one night and in the morning, they were all towed (really expensive I might add) without even a warning. Management was never very friendly or helpful. It took a while to get a repair man for normal upkeep. The worst by far, however, was the fact that once moved out, they charged us to replace all the carpet in the apartment even though it was spotless when we left!! They kept all the deposit, charged us a hefty extra fee, and told us that if we didn't pay, they would send collection agencies after us. The apartments may look nice from the outside, and their show ones are sure nice too, but it does not outweigh the other negative aspects of renting there. Stay away is my recommendation!

When I signed the lease and I was told verbal clearly need to let them know 60 day notice before you leave. I was told them 60 days notice that i am leaving. When my roommate found new roommate and told new roommate need to pay me since already paid full rent plus pet and security deposit but he moves in then later he leaves without telling nobody. He already signs the lease and agrees to pay me it was verbal agree. The pavilion dont care is somebody leave without telling anybody. When I sign the lease they told me need to give them 60 days notice before you leave. I lost my money and cause me a lot pain. This was a scam; they lied to me and cause me and my 65 year old mother a lot pain. They dont care about scam or somebody rans off with telling anybody. I did talk to police and said I can file the case but dont have any money.
They need to pay me back or find the kid who took over my lease and he need to pay me. Need to do right thing pay me back. this was a huge scam and lied.

They lie to you alot and dont care about giving you back pet deposit and security deposit. When i told them that am leaving and give them 60 days notice quote said we will give you deposit back. When i sign the lease was told that give them 60 day notice before you move out. When i found new roommate to replace me and told them that i am leaving and found new person to take over my lease said fine. I already paid my full rent and i was leaving in the middle of the month. The new roommate went sign the lease and agree verbal to pay me full rent plus pet and security deposit. Than last minute was told the roommate ran off and didnt told any body just took off. I went to talk to pavilion manager said quote we dont care about finding or calling not my problem. They waited two weeks before i sound out that roommate ran off. They dont care some bad happened to him or any thing. This place dont care who's living, dont tell you that rent was increase, dont respect other. I had alot money on this stupid apartment and lost all my money. Hurt me so much, people told me should have court involved. This was my first time renting apartment and could it had good experience but the worst experience and its a night mare. The staff dont care about any body, all they want just money, keep increasing every month with out telling any body, dont promise you just lies.
