Customer Service at The Paws is non-existant
I ordered a product and paid for it well over a month ago and it was never sent out. I sent many emails, customer service requests and left many phone messages but none were ever acknowledged. Evidently, they have done this to many other people (see resellerratings.com)
(I placed a similar comment earlier on their Facebook page and they removed it.)
