Penn warranty corporation authorized a mechanic to do a breakdown on my vehicle. To get out a part that had mechanical failure. They knew an easier way to take the part out, but told the mechanic to break the motor all the down. Now my wife n I are left with the cost of the breakdown that was unnecessary.
