Complaint Review: The Perfecter

First of all, we are senior citizens and my wife was having difficulty fixing her hair due to a pending shoulder replacement.  She saw this curlingbrush and thought it would be a good tool for fixing her hair.  Soon after it arrived she tried The Pefecter and was not pleased with it and put it aside for return.  Then she went into the hospital, had her surgery, and returned home to recuperate.  Now that she is feeling better she called this company and spent almost an hour being transferred from one person to another asking for a Return Authorization.  While polite, each represeative referred to the return policy in the infomercial which we did not see.  Then they referred to a booklet that came with the product.  We did not receive an instruction booklet and no where in the package was a written return policy.  We will never deal with this company again.

 they have a generous 60 DAY return policy.

Her setting it aside for later, having an operation and then recovering is of NO interest to the business.  Neither is your statement you are senior citizens.  I'm one of them too, and I don't expect special treatment.

How, indeed, is this a Ripoff in any way?....Oh, right, you're special and have a myriad of excuses.
