The Perfectionist Home Cleaning Services has a deceiving name! Unfortunately I decided to use this company to clean a home I am selling. The house was vacant, so I decided that there shouldn't be a trust issue having 6 people in the house cleaning it. At first, I thought they were doing a great job. As I inspected the house, I noticed that the grout in our tile was damaged. They denied that they did the damage, but I am 110% that there was no damage prior to them being there.

2nd, they had to move the refrigerator to clean the tile under it, that was great until the next day we came to realize that they broke a hose and water leaked ALL over, water-damaging the drywall, baseboards, cabinets surrounding the refrigerator. Sure, that may have been a mistake, but it was neglegent on their part. I was told by the owner that "I should be able to clean it up with a vaccuum"...thanks for the advice, but it wasn't that easy.

The biggest problem I have is that the one item that was in the house, my father's $250 Makita Drill was in a guest bedroom charging the battery...was gone. I hate to blame them, but there is NO other rhyme or reason for it to be missing.

I called the owner, Tim Lee to complain. He offered "discount" services on repairs, but denied up and down that anyone stole from us. How would he know that for sure? He may trust his employees, I did... I regret that I did.

I simply want my $260 back for the cleaning services since the house was darn near spotless before they arrived, I just wanted the floors to be cleaned, they cleaned them.. but damaged them and caused me more of a headache than anything. The owner told us that he would call us back after speaking to his employees, but of course, no call. He won't return our calls.
