Barbara Flanigan, Director of The Pet Adoption League, has failed to acknowledge any requests to repair the situation regarding the prior complaint against her. Please note that this person is being investigated to the furthest extent. She owes $180, an amount that I previously agreed on, as a result of the rental property dilemma that has been previously described.
