The Photo College, Tom Jenkins Course Material is cheap, Material you can get free from the internet. anyway!! mistreated and ripped off, will not refund money, and trys to keep$100 Ladson South Carolina .....

The Photo College ourse seems to be nothing more than material anyone can find on the internet. Some Disabled man and his wife and son made up this business after he got disabled. Tom Jenkins is very rude and very dishinest man. At first he acts like he really cares about you, then babales on and on about how good he is and how popular they are, and on and on...I had to let him go on the phone even.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. there sole intention is to keep your money no matter what. Once they have that, they turn ugly on you and disrespect you, and make you hurry up in he course, even though they claim you have your own time to finish.

Do not buy their books, there is plenty of the same information on the web, they might have obtaind it from there as far as we think.

And we belive their refund policy's are againest their state law, and also they are not reconized by the state of South Carolina as any type of valid educational institution able to award any certificates or diploma's

TPC is the rip off, Paul Kane and I Michael Walker did purchase a so called "Photo Course" from TPC, however after them complaining about uploads and being darn right rude, we withdrew from their school, and did not authorize any credit card charges.

We understood that we had a 30 day refund policy as stated in the beginning, but TPS changed that on their web site immediately after we complained.

They also refused to refund any of our money, making us excuses to keep the money like charging $1 per emails, and charging telephone time for answering questions about their school and company.

They are very unethical business people, and we did threaten them with suing there business and to write and file complaint against their business.

Much to our surprise they contact or local police office to complain we were harassing them, which we wrote out our statement telling the truth about what happened and the complaint was immediately dropped by the police department.

Can you imagine a business calling you in for keeping your money that they did not refund, and complaining you are the bad guy and not them???

This guy is nothing more than a Disabled Man that is very angry at society as a whole, and uses his disability to et whatever he wants, money, compassion whatever. He even tried to claim that this all disturbed him and the doctor had to claim a different medication for him, "GET A LIFE!!!"

The truth is plain and simple, we enrolled in a course that we did not finish nor wanted to after we were treated like this, and the person did not have the honesty to just refund the money, we did not even finish one lesson, he sent "electronic Book" is all and felt we should have to pay for them, even though we removed them from our computer as we stated we would, we will not be forced or blackmailed with complaint to the police just to be forced to pay for a couple of books that we found for free on the kaaza shared file system on the internet.

The point remains, we will not pay for books we did not buy, nor pay for a course we did not receive.

AND BY THE WAY, THEY DID NOT WIN THIER CREDIT CARD DISPUTE, THEY ONLY DID A REBUTTAL WHICH THEY ARE ENTILTED TO DO, AND THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPNAY GIVES THEM THE MONEY BACK TEMPORARILY, BUT WE FILED OUR ANSWER WITH PAYPAL, AND WE STILL HAVE OUR $107 DOLLARS BACK. AND THUS THEY WILL LOSE IN THE END, THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS WINS.

The complainant also enlisted an accomplice in trying to defraud OriJen Publications (our Publisher) by attempting a credit card Chargeback; OriJen Publications won the Chargeback based on the false information submitted by both the author of the complaint and his accomplice, TPC's well-written Refund Policy, documentation of every Email correspondence, and our individual explanations; both usurpers are currently under investigation by their local law enforcement departments in Chippewa Falls for fraud, collusion, and possible copyright infringement or The Photo College's copyrighted software.
