Chris Medley from Ozark Xbox Repair renamed his "business" to The Pirates Den - It should be called The thiefs den!! This guy is a liar and a thief!!
I'm a single dad with an autistic son that loved his games it was the only thing that he would open up to. Now it's been stolen by Chris Medley in Ozark that lives on Church street!
This guy doesn't have a business he works out of his garage / house and he steals the insides of game systems gives you back crap with bolts in it! I knew this wasn't my sons xbox because I had written down the serial numbers and they were not the same! He refuses to give me back my xbox because I think he already sold it. If you don't believe me just check out his postings on craigslist he sells game systems all the time! Where do you think he gets them from? just type in the pirates den under everything for sale category and it pops up with tons of game systems that he stole for sale on craigslist! PLEASE BEWARE of this guy!! You'll be sorry if you go to him!

i am Chris Medley the owner of The Pirates Den Xbox Repair in Ozark Missouri
that nuch of this complaint filed is the truth...the rest of it has been fabricated
I have never met this person or ever worked on any game system for him
he filed this report because i said some things about a friend of his tha also works on game systems
he posted this same thing on my facebook page along with a arrest report for a Christopher Medley in Cave Springs Ar. who was arrested for meth possession and breaking into storage buildings,as well as a 1997 mug shot of me
he posted this on th Springfield Missouri Craigslist page as well
i notified him thru facebook that what he had done was open himself up to a lawsuite for slander,deflamation of character and harrassment and that he had 24 hours to cease and dissist
i als contacted the mediators of craigslist and inrmed them of his post
he also filed a complaint against me with the Springfield Missouri BBB
when i contacted the case woker for the BBB and defended myselfagainst this false clam,,,the case worker tried several time to contact him by telephone as well as certified letters thru the United States Postal Service
when she called the phone number that he listed on the complaint he filed was a disconected number and all the letters were returned to the BBB as "ADDERSS NOT FOUND"
Everytime i posted a ad for my business on craigslist he had a posting service flag everyone
i posted over 200 in a one week peroid and within a hour of the posting going live it was flaged
now as for my business,i have a 45 day unconditional warranty policy
wich means..if you bring in your system for repair and if fails for ANY reason...it is repaired again at NO COST
if he had in fact brought a system to me for repair...why did he not bring it back
as istated..i have never met this person...repaired any system for him...or even talked to him in person or by phone
all this is ....is someone trying to bad mouth me and tarnish my repertation with lies
