Complaint Review: The Place Furniture Galleries

The Place Furniture Galleries Oh my. Such horrible, horrible service. My order began in April of 2012. Backordered. Will ship in June. Nope. I'm sorry. July. Then, it supposedly shipped in Aug, to arrive the 1st of Sept. Noth Internet

Absolutely atrocious. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't return calls. A lot of lip service that serves as a runaround.  I was quickly charged $1100 for my order, and 6 months later, still NOTHING.  At one point I at least had a "shipping number" that never proved valid.  That was in August.  Since then, super super bad service.  They are very skilled with their quick phrases to satiate the customer for a brief time, but the follow through is nill.  Horrible Horrible Horrible.  

Wish me luck in getting my refund, now, because I am not getting any reply by voicemail or email.  Horrible service.  It is in anyone's best interest to shop somewhere else.
