The Place Furniture Galleries Promised 4-6 weeks delivery - 11 weeks later still can't fill order Farmingdale New York

Horrible Horrible service. Do not believe anything they tell you every employee lies to you. i was told we would have delivery before thanksgiving 6 weeks after purchase. Thanksgiving came and gone we had reaarange our holliday. then they told me every week there after we would receive delivery the following week.

Now its 11 weeks and still no furniture! They should be ashamed of themselves. We ordered a leather sofa and a love seat. And now after waiting 11 weeks being promised delivery on 4-5 seperate occasions, losing time from work, losing holliday gatherings they still can't deliver what we purchased. They want to bring us 2 sofa's that wont fit in our den.

I spoke with tye who 100% assured me delivery on sat 12-13-08. I called and no one knew that it was to be delivered. I spoke to Patty Daly who runs the store and she couldn't do anything more than offer me delivery on tuesday of furniture we didn't buy.Then told me take it or leave it. I LEFT IT !!! They have no empathy for thier customers at all !!! If you asked me where to go for furniture this would be the last place I would send you.KEEP AWAY!!!!!!

I was hired because ownership is committed to developing a new 'World Class' customer service department. The entire department has been overhauled with new policies and brimming with highly motivated customer service representatives, dedicated to serving you. I know in the past we have fallen short of your expectations but ownership has heard your complaints and is responding to your needs. I would like anyone interested to know that I am making every effort to contact Stevie but as of yet have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts because I want to invite him to the store in order to meet with management and ownership. We would like to personally extend our apologies. Our only desire is to resolve the past in order to build a new relationship together, for a better future.
