The Place Furniture Galleries rip-off slow processing Farmingdale New York
I ordered a Curio on 5/18/02, leaving a deposit of 400 dollars. I am just receiving delivery of my item today 2/07/03. They initially never order my curio when I made the down payment. the item was not order until Sept. of 2002. They delivered in November of 02, of course it was the wrong color. Today I received my curio for which I paid the balance with a postal money order.
I has been so long since I placed the order, I had forgotten what the item looked like. After a discussion with a friend, I realized the delivered the wrong item. What are my options now? I will be at this furniture store tomorrow morning, to raise hell. I am sure the curio I order was larger than the one that arrived at my door.

I know in the past we have fallen short of your expectations but ownership has heard your complaints and is responding to your needs.
