Complaint Review: The Planar Group

Once we obtained 24% of your company through our partnership with your ex partner, which we can document in court as well, it became a complete conflict on interest on our behalf to continue your project.  We made it clear to you that for the remaining balance, you could hire ANYONE to finish your site, as it is built simply in wordpress.  You could have even finished the site yourself.  Instead, you have chosen to become petty and childish.

We at the Planar Group choose to do business with only the most ethical of individuals and you sir do not fit that mold.  Our clients, though many more than 5, are upstanding Attorneys, Therapists, and Major Corporations that we are sure would not want to do business unethically.  As business owners, we have the right to choose which entities we work with and continue to work with.  We split ways in a manor that you would not lose out on your site, and we would no longer have to be affiliated with yours.  We provided access to your site, which you own, and recommended that you have someone else finish it.  If we were truly unethical, we could denied you access.

Our simple solution to this complex problem was to simply part ways in a manor that both parties could be protected.  Your remaining balance is still more than enough to pay someone to finish the site for you.  

Your Multi Level Marketing Scheme is what began to make us raise an eyebrow.  Then we saw your amazing office building, and then we saw your 8'x8' office that you run your entire company out of.  We also witnessed that you were creating false identities on facebook to boost your own rankings.  We soon realized that you were not totally honest with anyone, and we decided to move in another direction.  When we obtained 24% of your company, I can imagine you would be upset.  Especially since you filed a false complaint with the better business and we can prove who your partner is from State Records.  We WILL be seeking our portion of your proceeds starting from the date of our contract with your ex partner.  


The Planar Group has consistently serviced and pleased each and every one of our customers for the past year.  We proudly stand by our product, and wish that everyone was pleased with our services.  It is unfortunate that this has ended up where it has, but we will be seeking retribution in the near future.

My last and final defense is to contact my company.  If you do so, we can and will provide you a list of current clients that will substantiate our statements, and further more, renounce ALL of the statements by this person.  I would also recommend anyone with question to visit kingsmenmarketing.com.  If it matches the above picture, than it was our work.  

This person seems to be incredibly hurt for a website that is 95% done.  The only things missing are some simple text and perhaps a picture here and there.  Rather than just type the words himself, he feels compelled to use those same keystrokes to defame my company.   If Kingsmen Marketing truly offered all services listed on their website, they could have finished it easily and cheaper than completing payment.

While litigation is a word Im very sure planar group will become very familiar with, the term Defamation only applies if someone is making a false, derogatory statement. I was simply stating facts that I can prove with actual documentation. I would be More than happy to show all emails and texts in any court of law. Im simply exercising my First Amendment right and this is not defamation, there is a difference between libel and Defamation,Both dont apply here but next time you steal you can at least sound like you know what youre Talking about.

The total remaining balance due for the site we agreed was to be paid when the sight was completed  and it wasnt Completed. You cant even get your lie straight, in the same statement you say my site was finish and then  state you stopped working on it do tonon-paymentWhich one is it???

You also said you have a HOST of happy clients?? you have 5 websites design?? And one of them was for your spouse. And yes you said it best, my company wanted to offer web design and I went out to find someone that can design websites.Ill email you a copy of the ad on craigslist you responded to. Unlike your company, I give my clients what they pay for. I will continue to let people know what The Planar Group is about, to warn people not to get taken For a ride by PLANARGROUP.com.  

 We are currently in litigation for defamation against this company.  There is another post regarding our company, and the owner of Kingsmen Marketing is named Xavier Borrero.  He posted both of these listings as if he were two separate people.  

His site has been finished, and he did not pay the total balance due for the site.  I have included a picture of the site and you can check it for yourself.

We allowed his account to go 120 days past due for payment before we stopped work on the site.  

If you visit our website, you can see a host of happy clients.  Plus, he advertises web design and hire MY company to build it.

This is childish and I think that this site is a good resource for bad companies, just not when a petty and angry person wants to get on here and lie.

His loss, we are suing him.
