The Platinum Card i can not cancel to no good for you can not contact them and they just keep get 14 dollars a month from a single mom with child support Carson City Nevada
i have been trying to cancel this for over one year and can not reach anyone or get the web site to do so. i would like to have a full refund and my account not to be debit again.

I have been trying to cancel this card and get them to stop charging my debit card the 14 dollars a month. I have tried with no success to reach them by phone and can not find a web address for them. I have spoke with my Bank and I'm going to pay 30 dollars to stop payment for 6 months and send out a certified letter to them to cancel this so called card. I hope this information can help someone else.

Have you sent them a certified, return receipt requested letter informing them you wish this card to be cancelled and all monthly billing to stop?
You were vague. What account is being debited?
