The Police Complaint Center also ripped me off for thousands Ref: Report: #364320

They took my money and did not provide any of the services promised.

I keep getting told that I can have a refund, but I never receive anything but excuses. Diop no longer responds to my emails and because I do not trust this agency I will not provide any information that they do not already have.

I have tried to call Jeremiah J. Arbogast-- PCC Investigator
Phone: (301)268-7492. The phone rings busy.

I invite someone from this company to contact me via email to resolve this issue. Due to misrepresentations from this company I require that all interactions occur via email so they can be documented.
I have been trying to get my refund for months.

I have contacted Jeremiah J. Arbogast the PCC Advocate.
He has contacted me a couple of times and says that he is looking into it.
It has been months.
He has provided a "status', but I have not received a cent.

Nothing against Mr. Arborgast, but this is the same kind of reply that I would get from Mr Diop Kamau (the executive officer of the Police Complaint Center) over that past year or so.

Until I see the dollars that were taken for services that were never rendered, I will have to assume that this group is intentionally taking money for services and then never providing that service. Based on the BBB and other reports, I am not the only one who has had an issue with this group.

It has been about a year since I requested the refund that the Police Complaint Center Advertised on it's web site.

Consider this before giving them any money.
