Complaint Review: The Popcorn Factory

I will NEVER order from this company again.  I ordered 3 tins of popcorn for Christmas presents that were supposed to have special messages and a picture on the lids(I custom ordered). One was never shipped and the other two did not have the picture that I paid $10 for each tin to have on them. Then customer service tried to tell me that it was FedEx's fault because even though the label said there was only one package, they should have delieved two.   Really?  If FedEx said they deilvered one package, guess what, you ony sent one package and guess what...they delievered one package.  The customer service here is horrible, in fact, one customer service rep mentioned that she didn't know why some of the reps lied to customers, her guess was that they were afraid of the customers getting mad.

I paid $150 for three tins of popcorn, the two received were not correct and I never got the third.  A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!  Customer service then stated that I would receive a refund, I have yet to receive it.  I want a refund for the tin that DID NOT arrive, but also the $10 each I paid for the custom labels!

Yelp has horrible reviews for this company, I wish I had read them before ordering :(
