It is a known and public FACT that the CEO - Patrick Farah; Sales Trainer - Cesar Cardenas; Whatever his role is - Shadie Kalkis; President - Steven Brewer; HR Mgr - Doug Hargons all have various felony criminal records for their business practices. In addition to Cesar's time in prison for drugs and gun posession in Illinois and Texas. The rest of them have public record for various felony charges in Illinois.

The HR Mgr, Doug Hargon is usually drunk when he arrives, if he arrives for work. Shadie Kalkis is known for having illegal prescription medications for sale and always has various large or expensive and electronic items from unknown origins for sale...cheap. You have to pick them up from his home or one if his "aquaintences" back ally locations.

They do business under a "spray and pray" method per their corporate sales trainer, Cesar Cardenas and CEO, Patrick Farah. Throw everything (employees and their contacts) at the wall and see what sticks - everything else will fall to the floor and be discarded. He throws as many potential door to door sales people on the street and into peoples homes and businesses without drug testing or background checks prior to sending them into your business and home. They only pay to have drug tests and back ground checks if these potential door to door sales people appear to have any sales skills  or connections for utility bills that TPC would like to extort until exhausted. Cesar Cardenas himself could not pass the drug test and background check on more than two occassions. He hads the residential divisionas well. This is the example they lead with - Do Not Let These People In your Home or Business!  

There often cannot meet their payroll obligations and will out right lie to you about compensation plans, so get everything in writting up front with signatures. If you dare to do business with this disgraceful disorganization.

They have and will falsify documents for various needs professionally, financially and personally.

The office admin, Susan is paid $250.00 a week to work 40 hours so that she may continue to collect welfare.
