The Praise Factory Florida - Christian T-Shirt rip-off
In August of 2001 I ordered 3 Christian T-Shirts from this (www.thepraisefactory.com) for great price. Submitted the order paying with a credit card. They accepted the order and sent the
conformation back immediately. I'm thinking for a 1st timer on the internet ordering system, this is really easy. THEN THE NIGHT MARE HAS BEGUN. NO t-shirts and no response from these people. Then came the charges on the Credit Card with their phone number. Cause what???? that number isn't THE PRAISE FACTORY either. The credit card co. paid those people and know they tell me they will not help me the charges weren't over a $50.00 deal....I've EMAIL these people till I dream about it. I did on 1-11-02 hear from them seemed to very concerning in trying to help me. They should have an answer on monday 1-14-02. But, they didn't!!!!! Once again they are ignoring my mails to them......... All I wanted was my shirts........

I've searched our database for the entire month of August, including the last weeks of July and beginning weeks of September and have absolutely no record of her credit card been charged a dime.
We've asked Diana to review her statements for that month and see if our name: The Praise Factory appears on your statement. The receipts clients receive are just records for them to see what they've purchased. It doesn't mean their credit card was charged. In a lot of cases, the cards are declined. We do not process orders in real-time. Hope this helps, we've asked that if she found any additional information that would be helpful, to please reply and we can proceed from there.
