The Property Store Simon Cain Slee Did work on property he managed - he was paid and spent the money instead of paying me. St. Petersburg Florida
I was contacted by Simon Slee of the The Property Store as the property manager for a property located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The pool enclosure needed to be rescreened.
I provided a bid and Simon approved the work. The work was completed timely and the owners paid Simon a/k/a The Property Store but he spent the money and did not pay my company.
I have filed a Notice to Owner as is required in Florida and am in the process of placing a lien against the property.
It is outrageous that he was paid by the property owners and I am being forced to place a lien against their property because he didn't forward payment to me as he should. This leaves the property owner open to having to pay for the same work twice. He should not be permitted to handle business in this manner.
