One of my family members hired the Property-X Group / Snow-X to provide snow removal services and paid up-front for the entire season. They continually found the service provided by Stephane Beaudoins company to be extremely poor. In particular drivers would plow snow up to the garage doors effectively blocking cars from getting in or out. Walkways were not cleared, and often icy patches were not treated with salt or sand. I would also mention this family member is older and dealing with health issues, and had been trying to shovel and clear their own walk when the plow drivers had come and gone without doing so.
After a bad snowfall the customer contacted Mr. Beaudoin to find out when their driveway would be cleared and if one of his drivers could help shoveling out a car that was stuck in the snow. The response from Mr. Beaudoin was verbally offensive, abusive, and aggressive. His poorly written rant included a litany of profanities and focused primarily on his own money woes.
After reading his shocking response, I contacted Mr. Beaudoin to cancel the service on behalf of the customer. His response to me was also offensive and highly confrontational.
I would caution anyone looking to hire a property management or snow removal company to be wary of Property-X and look elsewhere for a provider who is both professional and customer service oriented.

I am Stephane Beaudoin,owner-operator of The Property-X group.
I was under contract with Kathleen,1981 Prince of Whales drive,Ottawa,Ontario,for clearing the snow at the same adress.
She is 1 of only 2 complaints I got this year,out of 172 customers.
Now to respond to this OUTSIDER who has never seen,talked,or SIGNED a contract with me:
Pushing snow against the garage doors???I don't think so...
YOUR MOTHER or her roommate shoveled the snow and PILED it 2 feet away from the garage door.Now you must understand that ANY plower knowing his job will not go this close to garage doors,to prevent damages to the actual door.And when the pile is as high as the top of the plow,its IMPOSSIBLE to backblade the said pile.After I advised Mrs S NOT to do that and just let us do our job,the next storm sure enough there's a pile in front of the doors AGAIN.So I left it there....never pushed it against the door...

WHO ARE YOU????You cannot resign a contract you never HAD to start with.The signed contract only concerns KATHLEEN ,1981 Prince of Whales dr....NO ONE ELSE.So therefore I told you to enjoy the Florida sun and MYOB.YOU had NOTHING to do with this matter,and now you SLANDER me and my company???Hm...can you spell DIFFAMATION?
As for the money woes,Yes my plow was broken due to a PILE OF OLD WOOD that has been sitting under snow.Ripped an hydraulic hose,and blew one of my cylinders.And I mentioned it ONLY to explain to your mom why I could only do in front of her stuck car...I was there for 45 minutes and she NEVER came out to start her car....what am I gonna do???Plow over it????
She has been a customer for the past 2 seasons,and I gave her an EXCELLENT price both season,even went and emptied stuff out of her basement JUST TO HELP HER OUT,FREE OF CHARGE.I think I went all the extra miles to keep her happy.
The sidewalk issue...
The drivers including me NEVER do the sidewalks....I PAID a crew to do them.They usually come within 6 hours of the end of the snowfall.That depends on the amount on the ground,and if traffic isn't stopped everywhere.The email she sent me was the FIRST TIME she EVER complained about the sidewalk.March 2008 and she has been a customer since November 2005.I cannot follow the crew around,and rely on the customer to call me 24/7 if they think they were forgotten or skipped.I admit that if this part is true,it's definately an issue,issue that would have been dealt with HAVE I BEEN NOTIFIED.
Now the personnal part...
WHO ARE YOU to criticize me way of writing things??I AM FRENCH,so maybe my grammar and sentences aren't all that great,but to come all high and mighty about it makes you sound real pathetic to me,and it is a personnal insult that has NOTHING to do with this matter.I won't stoop to your level.

I have been in business since 1996 and so far I average 145 customers a year,many since my very first year of operations,with only about 2-3 complaints a year,most of them due to lack of communication.
I own The Property-X group,wich regroups Snow-X(snowplowing division),Property-X(the property management branch)and Traffik-X(Road construction traffic control).We can supply references to ANYONE who demands it.We have contracts with Enbridge,Ottawa Hydro,Telus group,The government of Canada,The government of Quebec,The government of Alberta,among others.
So hiding is not in my interest.But for someone who has NEVER contracted me to come and SLANDER me like this,shows a real craving for a libel lawsuit.My lawyer has received copy of your false and insinuating text,and further action will be taken according to his advice.
