The Puppy Boutique was fraudulent and dishonest and misrepresented the health of a puppy I purchased which was contagious, as well as other serious medical ailments, therefore not fit for sale Brooklyn New York
On December 27, 2006 I purhased a Shih Tzu female Puppy from The Puppy Boutique for $1099.50. The Puppy Boutique issued me a medical record on the puppy stating that she had her umbilical hernia repaired and had no other medical ailments.
On January 3, 2007, I took the puppy to two certified veterinarians, Dr. Kopel and Dr. Leutoshinky, who stated the puppy was sick with ring worm, had an improper umbilical hernia repair, and an upper respiratory infection.
On January 3, 2007, I notified the seller that the puppy had numerous medical ailments, and offered documentation from both certified veterinarians verifying the diagnosis, and demanded a full refund. The store refused to grant a refund for the price of the puppy despite the fact that the puppy is unfit for sale, as pursuant to Article 35-D of the General Business Law.

Just to make your statement correct, We did in fact take the puppy back
and refund your money if you remember correctly , Also when we had the puppy tested for ringworm, The culture result that came back from the Lab was negative . Also The hernia repair was done correctly by a certified vet, The bottom line is you just didnt want the puppy beacuse you made a impulse purchase and coudnt handle her for personal reasons.
