dealing with scott the owner of the puppy experience is a nightmare, he sold me a deaf puppy, we have been living with her for a week she is the sweetest but she can not hear, my vet told me what to do to test her hearing and she cant. i took her to scott and he wiggle the keys in her face and she reacted, i said the dog is deaf not blind, he is impossible, he says there is a 2 week warranty.

he hasnt offered my money back, he hasnt offered to get the dog tested at his expense, the only thing offered was to give her back so he can sell her to someone else. no she is not a pair of shoes that you can just bring back to the store because there is a slight defect she is a living animal , we love her to death. we just want them to pay for the specialist that she has to go to, or give me another pup that she can mimick and learn from because she cannot hear.

when i call them they always tell me to call back tomorrow i think he is waiting for the warranty to run out and then tell me ooops sorry to late. i will never buy another pup from them again and neither will anyone else if i can help it.
