The real empire.com Waist trimmer was defective and company won't respond to my emails Internet
I ordered the heated high quality waist trimmer on Oct 4th 2016, which didn't arrive until November 8, 2016. When the product arrive it had loose threads, sections that weren't sewn and was constructed of poor quality materials. I took pictures and have sent 2 emails but still have not heard a response. The 10 days that they give you to reach the company with issues will be up on Friday and now I am stuck with this item.
