the real estate education group reeg, PMI Didn't refund the money per written Money warranty agreement Lehi Utah
On February 11,2015 we signed an agreement with REEG (real estate education group). They promised to provide us first 3 month with the coach who will assist us with the implementing techniques and strategies and it should be done weekly for 30-45 min. We did not get any coach/trainer - they forget to provide us with the coach. We finish all tasks and phone seminars on-line ( the self training and phone seminars just repiting each other - just basic info), and after that my access to that education web site was denied, but it should be active for all year. I left several phone messages to the help center (1-800-330-4413) and ask to provide me with the access to the education web page and provide withthe coach - never receive any responses by phone or e-mail. We tried to make several offers, but all our offers was denied and never being accepted. This is almost end of the agreement period and we ask to refund our money because we did not receive a proper training as it was stated on the agreement and our on-line education access was canceled. Wendy Yong, Quality Assurance person, who signed money back warranty, refused to refund any money at this time.
