I live on a small secluded island in Alaska and was contacted by Laura Stuart to inspect two properties their company had assigned.  I did a quick google search and found one RipOff Report for the company so I was hesitany to agree at first to the job.  I brought it up and she had every excuse in the book as to why it was a false claim, this I decided to take the job anyway.  Each time I did the inspections I had to wait WEEKS to get paid and I ALWAYS had to ask for my payments.  Each time I would ask Laura would reply snippy, "we pay out employees on the 16th of the month."  Never once did I get paid on the 16th of any month and I always reminded her of that.  The last four times I did inspections for her she would not even pay me until she needed another inspection done.  I basically had to wait until she needed me again to get paid.  The very last inspection I did I waited 6 weeks for a payment after emailing her MULTIPLE TIMES asking for my money to which she never responded.  Then, when she needed another inspection days after my last email aasking for my payment I asked her why she didn't respond to my emails earlier in the month and she claimed she didn't get them.  Absolutely ridiculous.  She's a terrible person to work for.  Pathetic.  Dishonest.  Unprofessional.  Don't waste your time on her.
