Complaint Review: STAINSAFE

let me first start by saying everything that u have read about stainsafe is the truth.i used to work for stainsafe for a year and 4months and from the beginning i knew the place was crooked we hang up on the consumer's put them on hold hoping that they would hang up and we record all denials also when we ask the consumer what they are reporting we know then that the claim will be denied.

also for all those consumer's that wonder why it took sooooooooooooo long for a tech to come to there home it's because we have NO TECHS we owe a lot of tech company's so they are not servicing any of the consumer's. also if the consumer does not call us about their claim noting will be done even if we have the invoice on file and for all the people that send their claim via email or fax i feel for u cause the email dept is allways backed up on there work.

also we talk about the consumer's when they hang up which we are not supposed to do and when we mail out letters to the consumer they don't get mailed out until 2weeks later and half of the stores are not honoringh our f/r due to we owe them money and the computers are old the computer mointers are on old packs of copying paper also ther are only 2windows in the call center and if we say that we will cut u a check please don't think u will get it in 30days it's more like 2-3yrs later and when a consumer asks to speak with a supervisor we do transfer them to the supervisor and the supervisor transfer them to the voice mail and u will never get a returned call and when a consumer calls the bbb they inform ud on when they will be coming so the clean up the call center a make everyone dress up to make it seem like we are a good company but there not.so i asvise the the bbb show up without them knowing.to catch them off guard.also all canadain consumer they don't give a dam about you guys STAINSAFE IS A RIP OFF
