Complaint Review: The Recruiters Network

I had been job searching since 10/17 when I was laid off. Finally decided to use a recruiter. Didn't know how to pick on. Found "The Recruiters' Network" filled out all info into the recruiters network. Sister paid $49.00 for 3 months. Never heard from them. Used their search and found NO jobs for my background. I thought strange since I had found plenty on Indeed & Glassdoor.  I sent an email inquiry on their website to see if I was doing something wrong. Never heard back. Decided to try another search they had offered. Turned out to be "ZipRecruiter" which is Free!! And I already used. I sent 2 more emails, no response.  Decide to file a report on Rip Off Report. Plan to file other complaints. Also looked on WHOIS.com to see if any info available.  None, all private. Just would like $49.00 credited back to CC used to purchase service. Thank you!
