We run Total Repair Service llc. We provide commercial restaurant equipment repair. We have done restaurant repair for The Red Fox Restaurant since the 1990's through different owners, and we always have had a great rapport with the owners. Tom from the Red Fox Restaurant called in June of 2014 for service on his fryer which wasn't heating.  We were hired to repair the fryer so we did.We sent a 30 day net invoice and 2 months later on 08/20/2014 we recieved check # 6001 in the amount of $300.00.No explaination just a check that short paid our invoice by $197.23. I called that day and left a message.

Repeated efforts had beed made to contact the owners. I send additional invoices, I called and left messages, they did not answere my calles or repond to my messages.I called 1/21/2015 without leaving my # visible and the owner Tom answered. I explained who I was and started a civil conversation, when Tom the owner started yelling and told me we ripped him off, that a refrigerator part only cost $200., he said we are thieves and repeatedly and refused to pay the bill.

 We run our business,it is not up to our customers to decide what to pay. If that was the case we would all be in trouble. I was shocked by Tom's yelling and being acused of dishonesty is not an every day occurance for our company. It would have been nice to recieve a  phone call to discuss the invoice like businesses should. Instead I was treated very unprofessionally by a customer that we have had a good business relationship with up until this invoice.

This is a restaurant that we frequent on a regular basis. That's what you do as a small business you support local businesses, you do not berate them and yell like a  spoiled child and hurl insults and accusations over the phone.
