We rented a small office space with Regus in El Segundo, Ca three months ago with RUBEN GONZALES, AREA SALES MANAGER. His cell phone number is (310)388 7804, email address: Ruben.Gonzales@regus.com. We needed the office space only on certain days, when rush orders had to be worked on.

A month ago, on June 12th, we entered the building and found out that they DOUBLE RENTED our space and somebody was actually working in our office.

We tried immediately to get in touch with Mr. Gonzales and his assistant KATHLEEN HARDING- JACKSON (email address: Kathleen.HardingJackson@regus.com) but they were unavailable.

Nobody at the front desk knew anything about us nor our office space. After we left voice messages for Mr. Gonzales we also texted him on his cell phone. The only response from him was that Kathleen would take care of it. We never heard back from her.

After we caught them double renting the space and another set of emails to Mr.Gonzales, he finally replied that they "just wanted to give us a bigger office space and moved our belongings into that new room. Kathleen would get back to us on that." She never did. We asked for a refund of our money.

A week ago, they dared to actually send us a new INVOICE, billing us for "Wear and Tear, Long Term Office Initial Fee, Office Immediate Credit Fee, a Building Lobby Listing, a Long term Office Montly Fee, more building lobby listings (three total, ) Kitchen Amenities Fee and a late payment penalty." We have NO IDEA what all those fees mean, because when we signed up we specifically asked which fees would apply and they said that there would be 1. Office rental fee and 2. Kitchen Amenities Fee.

We are not willing to pay for for any of these fees nor for an office space we cannot occupy.

If there is a class action law suit please count us in. This company has to be taken down. What a scam!
