Complaint Review: The Renovation Team LLC

I had to continually keep pointing out mistakes. The work was done so sloppy. They scratched up our walls while installing baseboards.. left gaps between the walls and the baseboards.. the cuts on the baseboards are uneven. They also scratched them.

The flooring has visible gaps and the planks move. Which means they did not cut them to fit correctly. The owner told me he would install CUSTOM cabinets... he purchased standard cabinets... they did not fit in my kitchen... so he pieces our cabinets together.. everything opens different ways and two of the drawers do not self close.

There are a whole lot of other issues.  It is stressful just thinking about the chaos that they caused. To top it off the owner said that I was nit picking! And he kept trying to charge us extra money for his employees mistakes!

Then he had the nerve to keep telling us that he is going above and beyond and that he is coming out of the pocket for us! Beware consumers! He paints a great picture BUT delivers poor workmanship! The picture just One problem that I had to ask his workers to fix.. the gaps between the wall and granite and the backsplash being uneven.

Before they touched my kitchen everything was flush.
