I just moved into an apartment a month ago that is managed by residences of south beach, paul mata and thought it would be perfect place for me and my dog. Unfortunately I can not live there because there are thousands and thousands of termites flying in the apartment. I have called the office, sent over 10 maintenance requests and they have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue.

They told me there is nothing they can do.  I found out that the lady that lived in the apartment before me left after 2 months because of the termite issue as well.  The landlord refuses to fix the problem. I have lost all my furniture, my $3000 deposit and now I had to give my dog away to a shelter because the condition of the apartment is so bad. I have contacted health department, news station, and lawyers. (((REDACTED)))

I just moved into an apartment a month ago that is managed by residences of south beach, paul mata and thought it would be perfect place for me and my dog. Unfortunately I can not live there because there are thousands and thousands of termites flying in the apartment. I have called the office, and made several maintenance requests. They have sent an exterminator multiple times but the situashion is so bad it has to be tented. They are not fixing the main issue. The building needs to be tented.

I found out that the lady that lived in the apartment before me left after 2 months because of the same situation. . I have lost all my furniture, my $2000 deposit and now I had to give my dog away to a shelter because the condition of the apartment is so bad. I have contacted health department, news station, and lawyers.
