Complaint Review: the respitory solution

I called The Respiratory Solutions to order a "y" connector for an oxygen tubing. My son is sick and i need to take him into a mild hyperbaric chamber. So both of us can breath O2 i ordered this little y connector, I called to see what the shipping would be because there was another company that i was going to order from but they wanted $12.00 for shipping. So I said it shouldnt  costr 12.00 dollars to ship 2 pieces of plastic that the contents will be less than 4 ounces to ship. The customer service agent said it will only be 4 or 5 dollars to ship it. So I ordered it from him. 3 days later i get a confirmation email on the order the price of shipping was 13.25. I called them immidiately to speak to the man that told me it would be 4 or 5 dollars for shipping, of course he was not to be found. The man then told me well handling is also in this price.  Just be aware when ordering from them or from Medical department store .com because they are the same company.
