Complaint Review: The Results Group

In August of 2005, I was laid up after foot surgery and I was contacted by The Results Group in response to an inquiry in to the business. The smooth sales person on the other end of the line convinced me that it was fully guaranteed. If I didn't get all my money back after 6 months, the company would make up the difference and I would not lose anything. Well it is past 6 months and I did not receive a penny.

In the first month I inquired a few times as to what was happening and was placed in touch with advertising. They would advertise for me, I need not do anything at all. After all, a company pays for the advertiser to advertise for them, thats what they are paid to do. So $4900.00 and over 7 months later, I have nothing. There is no activity on the so called sites they set me up with and not a single purchase.

When I called, I was told they could help me out by removing the %19.95 charge for the hosting fee for the first 4 months, but that I needed to give it time.

Time is up and I want my money back. I will take this to the Attorney General and lawyers who work with lawsuits such as this.

I was ill and out of work and needed money and I was given a verbal guarantee to get all my money back plus earn a living.

I will get my money back and this company will not take advantage of anyone again.
