Complaint Review: The Right One

If the sales people for this scam of a company are calling you nonstop, they called me about thirty times, and you are about to cave in and come in for a thirty-minute meeting say NO!

First of all: the sales people will promise you anything under the sun. we have an 80% success rate, you will be dating someone special within the month, and you will be happier then you have ever been are some of the things I heard and all I have to say is B___ S___!
Second: the thirty-minute meeting is a three and a half hour brainwashing session. They will make you feel like you are a total loser. They will play with your emotions/ your heart/ your feelings about the opposite sex . They tell you your probably not qualified. They will F__K WITH YOUR MIND!

Then comes the high-pressure sales and guess what a full-fledged membership is only a mere $7,000.00 dollars. Keith, the guy that brainwashed me said he would give me his home phone number if I took this membership. Well guess what, Keith, maybe you do? But I do not swing that way! You can get a lesser membership for $4,000.00 dollars. Or as Keith told me rolling his eyes, Billy Bob left for Florida and we will sell you his basic(worthless) member ship for twenty five hundred.

Third: I paid them at the end of my session, which you have to do. I hate to say this but in the year and a half that I have been signed up these people have sent me all of five of the ugliest women that God has placed on this planet! I am no Tom Cruise but nor am I a Buddy Holly. I brought a friend with me as a witness when I met the fifth girl at a coffee shop.

My friend has low standards and I had him go into the coffee shop first and scope out the girl. He came back red faced and said run as fast as you can! I did not want to stand her up because that is not the kind of guy I am. So I gathered up all my courage and went in there. When I got up to her I said, Please eat me last!

The following letter was faxed, emailed, and mailed about twelve times and still no response.

I have been a member of your Downers Grove Illinois organization for just over a year now, I have paid your organization what I consider to be a large amount of money, and I am dissatisfied with your service. In the last year your organization has only sent me five matches. Of these five I met three unattractive/ unacceptable women. Your organization must not think very highly of me.

These issues also make me feel ill at ease with your organization: Before I joined your organization the 30 or so sales calls promised that I would meet lots of potential "right one" matches and be dating someone special in a very short time. Keith Wegins --? (who told me that he was a Psychologist --?) in the Downers Grove office claims that there are thousands of women members in the Chicago Land Area and your organization can find just what people ask for and I would be very glad I joined your organization.

When I called your customer service number 1 (888) 505-3283 three weeks ago (2/20/2003 5:15 p.m. central time) I talked to a woman named Teresa; after talking to her for less then one minute, she put me on hold. A couple of minutes later she told me she had a match named "Anna" she would send me. I never got "Anna" or any one else! I wonder did she use did she use your "$400,000.00 Right Match System Software" and then consult with your expert staff of "Relationship Experts", did she just pick a name out of a hat, or is "Anna" just a name she uses to get rid of people ten minutes before her work day ends?

I joined your organization on 3/1/2002 in good faith all I ask of is the same in return. Please just send me a nice "right one" match(s).
