I Adrian XXXX was an employee of The Right One located in Dallas, Tx. I call it The Wrong One, I was a relationship consultant my duties consisted of geting paper leads that came to us form clients who had went online at one time or another and filled out a profile. The Right One has over 100 other websites that are out there that all lead back to The Right One.

Examples:30+singles.com, christiansingles.com, maturesingles.com and many many more! We are given a stack of leads and required to call them 4 or more times a day and other people have the same leads aswell and thier calling them 4 times aswell. So a person can be called up to 15 times in a day at work and at home. I would have to tell them that thier profile was very compatible with our database of singles and that we show a ton of matches which we do none of that. I would try to get them to come in and meet with a so-called conselour, which is actully a high-pressure sales person. Who dresses very revealing to get the client to stay and listin there is also some flirting involed, just because!

The owner Ted Law has offices everywhere in the U.S. like Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Texas and many more.. We are NOT to quote prices over the phone cause they range from $3695.00 to $15,995.00. But when asked we are suposed to say that we never had anyone say they couldn't afford it! "Yeah Right!" I would sometimes call people who were already members and they tell me that they are very unhappy with our service and would like to speak with someone in member relations. When that happenes I am suposed to hang up on them!

The Right One claims that all members must be qaulified by passing a back ground check and that they screen for any history of drug or alcohol abuse thats a LIE! The Right One recently hooked up a man who has a felony and just got out of prison for raping a child with a lady who has been tramatized because she was raped as a child. When the lady found out what he was she contacted The Right One and told them what is happening. Ted Law gave the lady her $6,000.00 back aswell as $3,000.00 extra to keep quite. She is currently sueing the hell out of The Right One.

When The Right One fired me for calling in 1 time they minimum waged my checks and refused to give me the money the owed me at that! I had to call the police and get irate with them just to get my money.

Here's some of the managment names: Ted Law(owner), Rachel Law(Ted Laws wife), John D. Frasier, Jeanette, Ashley, Lonnie (female), Jason, Jen, and finally Shane Weisberg. Shane runs the Utah office

They rip you off blind, promis everything.. I used to go over 3 years with no contact what so ever, They absolutly F****** Suck and i have no idea how they live with themselves..

If anybody hears of a lawsuit against them Please let me know I will gladly join in... and chip in!!!

Incorrect and Disgruntled Ex-Employee

Unfortunately, Adrian is a disgruntled and incorrect ex-employee; his Rip Off Report complaint is tantamount to slander and libel.

Adrian as a member of The Right One's Internet Response Team; he would call prospective Clients who had filled out Singles' Surveys on our website, or one of our affiliated websites. His job was to invite future Clients into our office for a personal, one-on-one interview. Adrian worked for The Right One for approximately 3+ weeks. During that time, Adrian was constantly late and had numerous unexcused absences; no company would allow an employee to continue to work for them with his attendance record. After Adrian was terminated for his tardiness and lack of reliability, it was also found that he was using his work computer for personal use, which is a strict violation of company policy.

Adrian's assertions and allegations are incorrect and misleading. All of our Sales People are very professional in attitude and appearance; this may be why Adrian was not a good fit for our organization.

The Right One does a criminal background check on ALL of its Clients. We do NOT allow people with violent felony convictions, severe history of drug or alcohol abuse, history of mental illness, and severe financial difficulties. The Right One does the best job possible to ensure the safety, and quality, of our members.

Adrian claims in his complaint that he was instructed to hang up on Clients that he spoke to that were already members; this is absolutely false. At any time that one of our Appointment Setters speaks to a Client that is even remotely dissatisfied, the Appointment Setter is trained to give the Client the phone number to our Member Services Department, and to notify his/her Manager immediately, with the Client's name, phone number, and complaint. This message is then given to our Member Services Department directly, and immediately, who then calls the Client to rectify the situation. Adrian's allegation regarding this matter is ridiculous.

Adrian's allegation that The Right One has a member who just got out of prison for raping a child, and was then matched by our agency, is not only incorrect, it is slanderous and libelous. This matter has been turned over to our legal counsel who will be contacting Adrian directly to remove this complaint, or print a retraction. His allegation that a Client was paid $3,000.00 extra to keep quiet about this is also completely false.

The Right One did pay Adrian minimum wage for his wages owed after his termination. This is company policy for anyone that is terminated for misconduct; this was fully explained to Adrian in a document he signed (document and signature on file) on his first day of work.

The bottom line here is that Adrian is a disgruntled ex-employee. Had Adrian worked as hard at our office, as he did making up these lies, he might still be working for The Right One. The Right One is a company with 34 years of experience; we do not sanction or allow the assertions Adrian has made here.
