The Robert Mayfair Wyndham Hotel This Hotel is providing false advertising and ripping people off St Louis Missouri
I stayed one night at the Roberts Mayfair Wyndham Hotel on August 21,2008 having made a reservation online through the main website http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/STLMF/main.wnt. When I arrived I found out there was no parking anywhere and I had to park in the parking garage across the street- which the website forgot to add. The Hotel was very dirty and smelled bad
The air conditioner in my room barely worked and there were no soda or snack machines in the entire Hotel, although there were signs up everywhere advertising them. I was so frustrated with this I took pictures of everything and emailed the company that night. I am asking for a full refund from the company and I keep getting this message
" Thank you for contacting Wyndham Customer Care. I do greatly apologize for the delay in resolution for this claim. I have gotten ahold of management at the property- and your refund is in process. Thank you once again for your patience in regards to this situation. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if I can provide any additional assistance.

I am severely disappointed with my stay and I will never stay at another Wyndham Hotel because of the treatment I received.
