The Room Store 59th ave and Bell rd Delivered defective product and said we broke product while they tested in front of us. Glendale , Arizona
Upon delivery of our new couch when testing the mechanism , the legs wouldn't go up. The technician said they would replace 15 min later we get a call from someone from the roomstore saying that we refused an item even though we broke it. I don't know what games they're playing here but definitely not a good sign of things to come.
