Complaint Review: The Room Store Glendale Arizona

We bought a couch, love seat and chair..... The couch is very hard and uncomfortable yet the love seat and chair are not. We went in to complain about it on 5 diffrent occasions and they finally sent a man out that took a picture and said we would hear from the within 4 days(we did not). I finally called them after 2 weeks and they said that there is nothing wrong with it.....The man even sat on the couch and stated that it was very uncomfortable..... But his report says that there is nothing wrong! What can be done about this?? We are stuck with a hard couch..... All we want is a replacement!!! We know someone that bought the same set 1 year after us and her couch is comfortable!!
